About this programme.

The everyday AI skills of an SDR, built in your own Claude.

Every lesson has two halves. A short video and a few quick checks teach one skill. Then you open Claude and do it for real. Claude brings in a practice task through the meritt connector, works through it with you, and sends your result back to be marked.

What you'll build

  • Foundations: when to automate, augment or keep it human, and a Claude that knows your job and writes like you
  • Research: a ten-minute account brief, buying triggers, the right person, and a skill that picks today's five
  • Cold emails: one observation, one small ask, and a skill that writes them in your voice
  • Follow-ups: every touch adds something new, the awkward ones included
  • Calls: record a call, summarise it, and turn it into a follow-up they'll answer
  • Replies: sort them, handle objections, and book the meeting in one message
  • The capstone: one account from first signal to a booked meeting

Each module ends with you training your AI to do that job for you, every day.

Your certificate

Finish with a 30-minute multiple-choice exam. Pass it and your certificate is issued on the spot.

What you need

Claude Pro. No Pro yet? Every practical has a version you can do here instead.

Who it's for.

An SDR or BDR already in a sales seat, or about to be, who wants the everyday AI skills of the job. You want an AI trained to do the research, the drafting and the sorting, so your own time goes on real conversations.

1Foundations7 lessons

How to become an AI GTM professional: when to automate, augment or keep a task human, how AI really works (and when it makes things up), talking instead of typing with Wispr Flow, training Claude with your instructions, getting it to write like you, connecting it to your tools, and giving it skills. Every Part B runs in your own Claude.

Lesson 3 · Short lesson, then quick checksOpens when you join the programme
  5. Is it even about prompts any more?

Write your instructions once (your role, what you sell, who you sell to and your rules), so Claude uses them every time.

Lesson 4 · Short lesson, then quick checksOpens when you join the programme

Install a skill in Claude, run it on practice, and make it better.

Lesson 7 · Short lesson, then quick checksOpens when you join the programme
  9. Spoken check. Pick three tasks from your week and tell me which you'd automate, augment or keep human, and why.
2Research with AI5 lessons

A ten-minute account brief with search or deep research, buying triggers and timing, finding the right person without being creepy, scoring accounts by situation rather than size, and training your AI to turn 30 accounts into today's five.

  1. How do you get to know an account in ten minutes?

Use AI search to build a ten-minute brief on any account, from what they sell to where you fit, then write an opener only that account could get.

Lesson 8 · Short lesson, then quick checksOpens when you join the programme
  2. How do you spot who's ready to buy this week?

Spot the dated, sourced news that means an account is ready to talk, sort your list by how fresh it is, and turn each fresh trigger into a first line.

Lesson 9 · Short lesson, then quick checksOpens when you join the programme
  3. How do you find the right person without being creepy?

Spot the champion, the buyer and the blocker at an account, write to the champion first with NONE FOUND for every gap, and only mention what's recent, about their work and checkable.

Lesson 10 · Short lesson, then quick checksOpens when you join the programme
  4. What makes an account worth your time?

Work out what your best customers had in common when they bought, like opening new sites, and turn it into a score for every account.

Lesson 11 · Short lesson, then quick checksOpens when you join the programme
  5. How do you train your AI to pick today's five?

Stack your four research skills into one Claude skill that turns your whole list into today's five, each with a dated reason, a name to write to and a short brief.

Lesson 12 · Short lesson, then quick checksOpens when you join the programme
  6. Spoken check. Walk me through how you picked today's five accounts and what would make you drop one.
3AI copywriting2 lessons

A cold email with one observation and one small ask, written in your voice, and training your AI to write cold emails that sound like you (your own cold-email skill in Claude).

  1. How do you write a cold email that's about them, not you?

Open a cold email on one real fact about them, and end on an ask a stranger can answer in one word.

Lesson 13 · Short lesson, then quick checksOpens when you join the programme
  2. How do you train your AI to write your cold emails?

Stack your voice profile, your voice rules and one observation, one ask into a skill, so Claude drafts cold emails in your voice from an account brief.

Lesson 14 · Short lesson, then quick checksOpens when you join the programme
  3. Spoken check. Read me your cold email's first line and ask, and tell me why you'd send it.
4Follow up3 lessons

Follow-ups where every touch adds something new, the awkward messages (the breakup, the re-engage, the wrong person, price pushback), and training your AI to write your follow-ups in your voice.

  1. How do you follow up without "just following up"?

Write follow-ups that give a quiet prospect a reason to open: something new every time, a useful one that asks for nothing, and proof that's real.

Lesson 15 · Short lesson, then quick checksOpens when you join the programme
  2. What do you say when it gets awkward?

Write the four messages SDRs put off, from the breakup to "how much is it?". Keep them short and guilt-free, with one small ask.

Lesson 16 · Short lesson, then quick checksOpens when you join the programme
  3. How do you train your AI to write your follow-ups?

Turn your follow-up skills and your voice into one Claude skill that writes the right next message for everyone who's gone quiet.

Lesson 17 · Short lesson, then quick checksOpens when you join the programme
  4. Spoken check. Walk me through your next three follow-ups and what each one adds that the last didn't.
5Calls5 lessons

Recording every call with Wispr Notetaker (and the line that asks first), summarising a call in a minute, turning a call into a follow-up they'll answer, learning from your own calls, and training your AI to write your call follow-ups.

  1. Why should you record every call?

Record every call with an AI notetaker, open with one consent line, and ask the call questions afterwards to get back the line they actually said.

Lesson 18 · Short lesson, then quick checksOpens when you join the programme
  2. How do you summarise a call in a minute?

Turn a call transcript into a summary you can read in a minute, in their words, with nothing that wasn't said.

Lesson 19 · Short lesson, then quick checksOpens when you join the programme
  3. How do you turn a call into a follow-up they'll answer?

Write the follow-up straight after the call, with a recap in their words, your promise and a dated next step, short enough to read on a phone.

Lesson 20 · Short lesson, then quick checksOpens when you join the programme
  4. What is your last call trying to tell you?

Review a call transcript for what they said, kept coming back to and avoided, and get one blunt, quoted change for your next call.

Lesson 21 · Short lesson, then quick checksOpens when you join the programme
  5. How do you train your AI to write your call follow-ups?

Stack your call skills into one Claude skill: paste the transcript, and get a summary and a follow-up email in your voice, minutes after the call.

Lesson 22 · Short lesson, then quick checksOpens when you join the programme
  6. Spoken check. Tell me how you open a call you're recording, then give me your last call's next step and what you promised.
6Replies and booking5 lessons

Sorting replies (and which ones only you answer), handling objections without arguing, booking the meeting in one message, keeping a not-now warm without pestering, and training your AI to draft your replies.

  1. What do you do with 15 replies before lunch?

Sort any pile of replies into six piles, grab the date or name each one hands you, and keep the angry ones for yourself.

Lesson 23 · Short lesson, then quick checksOpens when you join the programme
  2. What's the objection behind the objection?

Spot the real reason behind an objection and pick one calm move (ask, reframe or answer direct) without ever arguing.

Lesson 24 · Short lesson, then quick checksOpens when you join the programme
  3. How do you book the meeting in one message?

Turn a yes into a booked call with one reply (two named times plus a link) and save a no-show without guilt.

Lesson 25 · Short lesson, then quick checksOpens when you join the programme
  4. How do you keep a "not now" warm?

Keep a not-now warm with something useful, spaced well apart, and spot the polite noes and let them go.

Lesson 26 · Short lesson, then quick checksOpens when you join the programme
  5. How do you train your AI to draft your replies?

Turn your reply skills into one Claude skill: it sorts a batch of replies, drafts the right answer to each in your voice, and leaves the angry and legal ones for you.

Lesson 27 · Short lesson, then quick checksOpens when you join the programme
  6. Spoken check. A reply says 'not now, maybe next quarter'. Tell me what you do this week and in six weeks.
7Run your desk1 lesson

One fresh account from first signal to booked meeting, run on everything you've trained your AI to do.

  1. Capstone: can you take one account from signal to booked meeting?

Take Greyhallow Care, the account your instructions picked to call first in lesson 4, from first signal to a booked meeting in Claude, with your skills and your voice doing the drafting, and you making every call.

Lesson 28 · Short lesson, then quick checksOpens when you join the programme
  2. Spoken check. Take me through your capstone account: which steps your AI did, which you did, and why.
