About this programme.

You are already an SDR. You are hitting most of your number. And the AE seat has not come.

This course is about getting promoted - not about closing deals. Everything a new AE needs to actually run a deal is the next rung up. What this fixes is the year most people waste waiting to be noticed.

What you'll walk out able to do

  • Say what "ready for AE" means at your company, with a number attached
  • Show six months of evidence that you clear it, instead of six months of time served
  • Make the whole case in under a minute, and then stop talking
  • Ask in a way that gets you a written bar and a date, not a polite no
  • Handle "not yet" without folding or sulking
  • Sit the full internal AE interview, all four rounds, before you sit it for real

How it works

Twenty short videos, and twelve spoken drills where you say it out loud to a coach that pushes back and tells you what to tighten. You do not get promoted by writing a good paragraph. You get promoted by saying it well to someone senior, with a straight face. So that is what you rehearse.

The last chapter is the whole mock interview - four rounds separately, then end to end with no warm-up.

Who it's for.

This is for you if:

  • You have been an SDR for roughly a year or more
  • You are hitting most of your number, most quarters
  • You want the AE seat and nobody has told you what the bar actually is

It is not for you yet if you are well short of target. The course is honest about that in the first lesson - fix the number first, then come back. Nothing here works without it.

What actually changes between SDR and AE, the real promotion bar with numbers on it, treating your last six months as an AE apprenticeship rather than time served, and building a case out of evidence instead of enthusiasm - said out loud after every lesson.

  1. What actually changes when you become an AE

The honest gap between the seat you are in and the seat you want, and why time served does not close it.

Running the conversation with your manager, the internal AE interview and the mock discovery call it usually hides, turning a 'not yet' into a dated written plan, and holding the seat through your first 90 days.

  1. How to ask, and what to ask for

The conversation with your manager: when to have it, what to actually request, and the three things that sink it.

Lesson 8 · Short lesson, then quick checksOpens when you join the programme
  2. Say it out loud: open the conversation

The first thirty seconds of the ask, which set the tone for everything after them.

Lesson 9 · Short lesson, then quick checksOpens when you join the programme
  3. What the internal AE interview actually tests

It is rarely a CV conversation. It is usually a mock discovery call, and SDRs prepare for the wrong thing.

  4. Say it out loud: run the discovery

The roleplay they will almost certainly put you through, run here first.

  5. When they say not yet

The most likely outcome, and the three very different nos that all sound the same.

3The mock interview6 lessons

The internal AE interview, rehearsed for real: why AE and why now, your numbers under pressure, the deal you influenced, the objection round, and then the whole thing end to end with no warm-up.

  1. How the mock interview works

The last chapter is the interview itself, in five pieces and then all at once.

Lesson 16 · Short lesson, then quick checksOpens when you join the programme
  2. Round one: why AE, why now?

The opener. It sounds like a warm-up and it is where most people give away that they have not thought about it.

Lesson 17 · Short lesson, then quick checksOpens when you join the programme
  3. Round two: your numbers under pressure

They will pick your worst quarter and ask about it. This is the self-diagnosis question wearing a suit.

Lesson 18 · Short lesson, then quick checksOpens when you join the programme
  4. Round three: the deal you influenced

The round you cannot bluff, because the person asking was probably there.

  5. Round four: the objection round

They push back on you, live. Handle it or deflect it - and they can tell the difference instantly.

  6. The full mock interview

All four rounds, one sitting, no warm-up. The conversation the whole course has been building to.
